Post-operative radiation therapy for prostate cancer: Comparison of conventional versus hypofractionated radiation regimens

We compared biochemical control and toxicity of contemporaneous cohorts of patients with prostate cancer treated with either hypofractionated or conventionally fractionated post-operative radiation therapy. After controlling for ADT use, surgical pathologic variables and baseline urinary function, we observed no significant difference in biochemical control or late toxicity between the radiation cohorts.
