EUS versus transpapillary drainage of malignant biliary obstruction: still a long way to go

We read with great interest the article by Park et al,1 "Efficacy of EUS-guided and ERCP-guided biliary drainage for malignant biliary obstruction: prospective randomized controlled study." The authors concluded that the safety of EUS-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD) is similar to that of ERCP-guided biliary drainage (ERCP-BD).
