Abstract
A 62-year-old man with chronic renal failure was referred to our hospital for rectal polyp removal. Colonoscopy showed a 12-mm 0-Is+IIa lesion located from the lower rectum to the anal canal (Fig. 1a, b). The lesion looked small (<2 cm) and mostly benign.
