Reducing peripheral dose is important for pediatric radiotherapy patients. This study assesses peripheral photon and neutron doses from volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) deliveries for 10 MV FFF (flattening-filter-free) and 6 MV FFF x-ray beams compared to 6 MV-flattened beams.
