In National Kidney Foundation 2018 Spring Clinical Meeting Abstract No. 62, entitled "Ultrafiltration Failure in Peritoneal Dialysis: A Rare Cause of Leakage of Dialysate Into the Retroperitoneum," which appeared on page 350 of the April 2018 issue of AJKD, there was an error in the author list. The author list should have read as follows: Aromma Kapoor, Nazrul Chowdhury, William Assante, Anjani Dubey, Kalyani M. Bhuta, Heena P. Rajdeo. All authors are affiliated with Westchester Medical Center (Departments of Nephrology and Vascular Surgery), in Valhalla, New York.
