Eruptive Xanthomas

A 10-year-old healthy Chinese boy of normal body mass index presented to our dermatology clinic with a 2-year history of asymptomatic skin lumps. On examination, there were 4-5, firm, nontender yellow, smooth-topped papules over both elbows and knees (Figure).
