Reply to Allan-Blitz and Klausner

To the Editor—We read with interest the letter by Allan-Blitz and Klausner [1] regarding our recently published article in Clinical Infectious Diseases [2]. In our study we found high rates of anal high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs) in women with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, including those who did not meet criteria for screening according to existing guidelines.
