374PAre we there yet? A critical reflection of Asian medical oncologists on NGS-guided precision treatment in Asia 2018

Background: There's been a strong push from the West in the past few years to use next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) to optimize the treatment decisions of cancer patients. This has profoundly triggered both clinical and financial percussions on whether or not CGP can deliver its promise beyond the US context. This study, the first of its kind, will present the latest praxis and key issues among Asian oncologists in realizing the value of precision oncology.
