Abstract
An 81‐year‐old woman presented with occasional mild abdominal pain and diarrhea. Computed tomography revealed a large tumor in the stomach and duodenum (Figure 1). Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy showed a gastric volvulus (Figure 2) and invagination of the head of the tumor into the duodenum (Figure 2). Gastric tumor with gastroduodenal intussusception was diagnosed. Surprisingly, the patient had no symptoms of gastrointestinal obstruction.
