Gurova discuss why "chromatin damage" is more toxic to tumor, than to normal cells. She hypothesizes that chromatin in general is less stable in tumor than in normal cells and discusses what benefits destabilized chromatin provides to cancer cells and why cells die after certain degree of chromatin destabilization.
