Sellar and suprasellar paragangliomas are rare. We report the case of a 19-year-old man with sellar paraganglioma with parasellar and posterior pontine extension, requiring multiple transcranial surgeries and radiotherapy. The lesion was avid on 68Ga DOTANOC PET-CT scan substantiating its neuroendocrine nature.https://ift.tt/2L9ck0C
