68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT Imaging in Solitary Fibrous Tumor of the Pleura

Abstract: Here we describe a 77-year-old man with a solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura showing increasing tracer uptake at 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT, demonstrating that solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura may overexpress somatostatin receptors, therefore mimicking neuroendocrine tumors at somatostatin receptor PET/CT.
