Simple Methods of Malaria Prevention

Malaria one of the most dangerous disease that has taken countless lives specifically in Asia & Africa where it exists in vast amount. Malaria is most probably caused due to transmission of parasite through bite from infected female Anopheles species of mosquitoes. Virus initially places itself within infected persons liver or bloodstream where it tends to multiply. Disease is quiet unique as it spreads between mosquitoes as well through bite of infected person causing them to remain infected throughout their life span.

Malaria in other cases can occur due to blood transfusion or can pass on from mother o baby. Disease leaves the victim vulnerable causing a major drop in its white cell that is responsible for guarding the body. Normally mosquitoes such as these exist in areas where climate is hot & humid which is most favorable for them to survive. Disease although is lethal but can be cured now due to recent advancement in medical science. Doctors recommend preventing malaria form entering your body instead of catching & curing the disease. Most common tips for preventing Malaria are listed below:

Spraying & Closing Windows:

Mosquitoes start hunting specifically after sun set. It is recommended to spray before sunset & close each possible mosquito entrance to ensure that these pests are unable to enter the house.

Sleeping under Net:

Mostly infected persons are found bitten during night while they are a sleep. It is recommended that one must sleep covering his bead with a special mosquito net to ensure that none of the pesticides can bite or infect him.

Apply Mosquito repellent:

Mosquito's bites uncovered skin areas which are mostly neglected in terms of covering during summer time. A proper prevention would to apply such mosquitoes repellent body lotions that can keep them away from your skin thus you can easily sleep without covering yourself during hot environment conditions.

Wear Full Clothes:

People normally are infected as they go out after sunset wearing improper clothing. Try wearing clothes that can properly cover your ankles & hands because mostly these areas are uncovered which leaves an opening for mosquitoes to bite & transfer the disease.
