Ten-year outcomes of moderately hypofractionated (70 Gy in 28 fractions) intensity modulated radiotherapy for localized prostate cancer

We present a large institutional series with over 11 years of follow up in 854 patients with localized prostate cancer treated with moderately hypofractionated (70 Gy in 28 fractions) intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) with daily image guidance (IGRT). NCCN high risk patients composed 29% of the cohort. Outcomes beyond 10 years remained excellent, with low rates of late grade ≥ 3 GU and GI toxicities at 2 and 1%, respectively.
