Abstract
The number of adults with congenital heart disease (CHD) is increasing because of improvements in patient survival facilitated by cardiac surgery (1). A multidisciplinary approach is essential for optimally managing the various complications affecting adults with CHD.(1) (2) Here, we present the first case of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the background of liver cirrhosis caused by a baffle obstruction after the Mustard operation for dextro-transposition of the great arteries (d-TGA).
