Abstract

We appreciate Shengtao et al. for showing interest in our study. We do agree that albumin can help synergistically the vasoconstrictors. However, we would like to point out to the authors that the median dosage of albumin of 60 grams for initial volume resuscitation was cmparable in both the groups. This has been discussed in the methodology section that 1g/kg of albumin was used for the initial volume resuscitation followed by 20‐40 grams of albumin per day. Dosage of albumin used in our study is in line with prior studies.
