Erratum Regarding “Rhabdomyolysis-Associated Acute Kidney Injury” (Am J Kidney Dis. 2018;71[6]:xii-xiv)

In the Quiz entitled "Rhabdomyolysis-Associated Acute Kidney Injury" that appeared in the June 2018 issue of AJKD (Esposito et al, volume 71, issue 6, pages xii-xiv), there was error in the affiliation given for authors Maurizio Moggio (MM) and Lorenzo Perevelli (LP) in the "Article Information" (page xiv). Instead of "Neuromuscular and Rare Diseases Unit, BioBank of Skeletal Muscle, Peripheral Nerve, DNA and cell lines. Dino Ferrari Center, Milan (MM, LP)," this section of the "Authors' Affiliations" should have read "Neuromuscular and Rare Diseases Unit, BioBank of Skeletal Muscle, Peripheral Nerve, DNA and Cell Lines, IRCCS Foundation Ca' Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, Milan (MM, LP)."
