Extravaginal Gardnerella vaginalis Infection—An Uncommon Variable: A Case of Gardnerella vaginalis Pyelonephritis With Bacteremia

Extravaginal infections due to Gardnerella vaginalis are rare and likely underappreciated. We present a case of G. vaginalis pyelonephritis and bacteremia due to an obstructing nephrolith.
