Abstract

Colonic diverticular bleeding presents with sudden painless hematochezia. Bleeding often occurs from the right hemi colon with only 6 to 42% of them can be identified.¹ Spontaneous hemostasis can be expected up to 70 to 80%, however, 20 to 40% encounter rebleeding.
