Erratum Regarding “Ultrasound Monitoring to Detect Access Stenosis in Hemodialysis Patients: A Systematic Review” (Am J Kidney Dis. 2008;51(4):630-640)

In the Original Investigation entitled "Ultrasound Monitoring to Detect Access Stenosis in Hemodialysis Patients: A Systematic Review" that appeared in the April 2008 issue of AJKD (Tonelli et al, volume 51, issue 4, pages 630-640), there were errors in the meta-analysis of access loss in arteriovenous grafts. Specifically, in Figure 3, for the article identified as "Mayer 1993" (reference 35 in Tonelli et al), the relative risk of access loss was given as 1.38 (95% CI, 0.81-2.35) when in fact it was 0.77 (95% CI, 0.39-1.52).
