(P083) Differential Complete Pathologic Response by Histology After High Dose Neoadjuvant Chemoradiation

Neoadjuvant chemoradiation(nADJ-CRT) with resection is acceptable for selected locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(LA-NSCLC). Complete pathologic response (pCR) rates by histology are poorly defined in this setting. Similar to nADJ CRT for esophagus, we hypothesized greater pCR rates for squamous cell(SCC) compared to adenocarcinoma(AC).
